Why do some businesses fail so bad;y while others r so successful?

The same reason why some people can swim & others can't, simple as that.
It boils down to the determination of the individual.. if they're a businessman who gives up easily after a failure, how does he expect to enjoy the fruits of his labor, right?
To run a business requires one to be confident/ bold, a risk taker, determined/ hardworking, perseverent, etc.
Although some would say their success is attributed to luck but without preparation, luck alone is not good enough.

Business is like survival game. you have to fight to stay a live in a jungle.
those business who got help from gov or incentive will be loose out on the competition but those learn it the hard way and survive will win the race
