Do you smile at yourself in the mirror everyday? What does it feel like?

Do you also talk to yourself in front of the mirror to practice your communication skills?

Sometimes I feel silly, but I'm still looking at it. Have a smile to the mirror, checking my teeth still white or not and starts my day every morning. Sometimes I dislike my face.

I don't do any of that.

Yes, and it helps alot. usually practice how to have a nice grin, or a wide smile, or simply a suprised smile. then look at ourself, c how we look like when communicating with others, c wether we speak with our hands or how we look like when we talk like mak nyah. hehehe jk!
mirrors really do help us in such a way!

Yah I smile at myself just to make myself happy. I feels funny to see myself smile so cheesy. I sometimes talk to myself in the mirror but for me it dosent really increase my ommunication skills, it just makes me laugh at myself!

Yes I do smile at my image, because I like to start the day off in a good humor, and when I see myself I laugh.
and I know that GOD has a great sense of humor too ,after all He created me! !

yup, before i need to do any presentation, i will make sure that my mirror be my first audience, it give me some confident and strength

I will check my appearance, before going out, but I don't talk to myself. I am crazy enough now without adding that

I wake up talking, I walk up the stairs singing. I make coffee with anticipation, I come to answers to check what mood I am in, before ever looking in the mirror. But, I digress,
