What do you think of our own movies?

I mean that i didn't like our movie a lot but i always support them by buying cds and watch them at the cinema. but, day by day, i still thinking the ideas of the movie is so prototype(same). Boring, isn't it? Sepet is different but too artsy..

but, its still great knowing that we still can produce our own movies & giving it a go in the international arena.

I hate mine india but love american ones

Malaysian made movies are lame. Predictable, boring, slow, same old new movies no matter who starred in it. Those directors/producers claimed their movies are different because it is bla...bla...bla... but when it finally played, suprise...... Still the same. The diaogue are all the same everytime esp Yusof Haslam's movie. Don't forget the not so scary horror movies because the ghosts are all the same with those plastics mask or too much of make up.

Sepet or not Sepet but I still think our movie is pathetic. The plots are so predictable and the movie cinematography is so much akin to a home-made video. The actors and actresses are not so versatile as much as they think they are. Try compare our movies with Indonesian and Thailand. So far apart in terms of storyboard and quality. Our P.Ramlee movies are hundred times better and are viewed by all races. Yasmin Ahmad is trying hard but in the end her movie is so much like an Indie film. Afdlin Shauki's is better. Yusoff Haslam's is so zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

The storyline is the same old thing and boring, and when they try to make a funny movie it's not funny at all. That's why I don't watch local movies.

Im to bored seeing too many Saiful Apek movie showing at cinema.its like malaysia didnt have anymore comedian.btw the way he's not even funny & the jokes are recycled from his old movie.even the movie has the same plot & very much predictable.

malaysia is short of good & creative director(i dont think we have one) and the actor..i LMAO to see them talking like reading a script.

malaysia's era of good film ended when the great P.Ramlee passed away.....nowadays,they copied everything.....no originalities....same with our music industries....boring...so,all those seniman veteren or whoever dun always says that malaysian did not support their own entertaiment industries...give us something to support for god sakes...and i agree with the guy about saiful apek...at first,he was sooooo funny....but now...boring...
