And your country is? Regardless, I take it you're being facetious. While some people do become millionaires in an instant (winning a lottery?), one more often sees scams "guaranteed" to make you one. Neither makes a great country.

Yes, if one is well connected with the "powerful and influential" people.

For others, they just have to work hard and count their luck ( lottery ) to be even a half-millionaire
