How many of you will be celebrating Diwali this year?


Just an early wish for a pleasant good time with family and friends...

Do you guys still remember the significance of this festival of lights? How many of you actually fast and perform rituals prior to this celebration? Do you remember how your parents/grandparents way of celebrating it?

me.. its very meaningful for me as i take this oppurtinity to visits my relatives &friends.. yeah we do go temple early.. then receiving guests.. the eve of diwali we'll pray for our late datuk & nenek.. i would say its a happiness cu_m enjoymen.. and bla bla.. enjoy...!!!!!!!

but we don't fast for diwali that for thaipusam.. during childhood lagi best, steal the cookies before diwali and eat at playground with frenz..

I will be.. I dont fast or anything, but we do pray early in the morning, to the deceased. Gooosh! My mom wakes us up so early, haha.. In recent years, she didnt have to.. cos I'd be the first one cooking in the kitchen at 3 am, lol.. :P

What I love most bout Deepavali is the food, haha.. One excuse to skip my diet, muahahaha.. ;-) Yea.. I do remember why we celebrate this festival.. ;-) And thank you for the wish, have a good day, Bear..

As a Malaysian ... i celebrate Deepavali with ... holiday! yeahaaa our firm will be closed on the next day too .. yeah man!
