Large Massage Building in Chiangmai, situated next to the Park Hotel on the Changklan road, Soapy or Thai Trad

Have stayed at the Park Hotel before (next door) and noticed this HUGE building next door, it 'lites-up' about 9pm each evening and was with thai lady, so could not investigate (for research reasons!) further at the time! Research on the web informs me it used to be a big Tourist Dinner/Show bars in former years, What I would like to Know is: are tourist there now, coming away with a satisfied smile, and what's on the Menu ?

I love Chiangmai.Must remember to leave the missus at home next time.lol.
