Do u believe in Feng shui according to its theory those houses who faces T-junction road will face misfortune?

Feng Shui is not a belief system. If you applied Feng Shui correctly, it will help whether you believe it or not. Just like when a doctor gives you a medicine for an illness, the medicine will work, given it is the correct medication, whether you believe it or not.

For many who do not understand the interworkings of Feng Shui will often time mistake it for many things it is not. Many think it is a religion or that it is just plain supersition. Feng Shui is neither. It is really a natural science that is built on thousands and thousands of years of observations. These observations lead to the early practitioners to make correlations between certain physical environment and certain outcomes. Like a cause and effect, if you are situated in a certain physical environment (the cause) the following might happen (the effect).

In terms of having a house face a T-Junction will lead to bad luck, the answer is yes and no. We always have to remember that Feng Shui is about chi and how chi moves in and around a particular property. We want smooth flowing chi, not rushing or fast chi.

Just think, if you went swimming where you would want to swim? Do you want to swim in a slow moving lake or a raging river? If you were to swim in a raging river, you'll more than likely get hurt badly. This is because the water is moving too fast and furious. However, if you swim in a slow moving lake, you'll be fine, because the water meanders.

In terms of a T-Junction, the chi is moving too quickly, just like you are swimming in a raging river. You'll get swept away by the water. In a T-Junction property the chi is rushing into the property which can lead to health problems for residences of the home. It is best to avoid it if you can. However, if you can not, then you have to slow down the chi. Plant a low bush in front of the T-junction to slow down the chi.

hey not only am i in real estate and just by chance I'm reading this ? & my wife is chinese malay im a kwilo ,,, there is alot to be said about certain floor plans and locations of homes not all feng shui do i think matters but some things make sense about it asian cultures have been around a LONG time and some of what is said is in my eyes likely to be true its more phycological in some respects ,,and in some others why take a chance ,,,,i just go by the FEEL i get when considering buying a home for investment purposes ,,,,,but our home was ,,,,the feel and what she said about what the chinese say about location and floorplan ,,,,,,in america WHY do realators have to disclose if a violent death occured in a home when asked what differance does that make ,,,,or does it ?
i would not buy a home at the end of a t intersection,,,,,,,,,,nor would i buy a property where not so good things happened to the previous residents

I heard many people talking about that.. I never live in one of those T junction... b/c I heard ppl said evil spirit will ran right through .

Yes, do believe in. Not good to live in such house, some people who live in those houses will put a fork or mirror above their front door to minimize the bad luck.

the thing with T-junction, the house that is located at the intersection of the T will be vulnerable to the chi from the road that is perpendicular to it. this is only true if cars move too fast either way. going towards the house, can "attack" the person, making the person to be irritable. cars going away from the house can take away chi from the house, and weaken the occupants. it does not cause misfortune. but it makes a person suffer from mental problems, cause small accidents, and it can make life unbearable.

it can only be deadly when the right time comes, as there is a time element in fengshui. when you become weak because of time, then living in that T-junction can be fatal to you at that particular time.
