hi guys again, well normally it would cost you RM 300 above for a single room. it depends on the location though. In the prime area the rent would be higher. for a single room it can cost you about RM500 per month. it is better for you to find a house mate or roommate to cut down the cost. normally the owner will ask you to pay 2+1 deposit. let say your rent is RM300, for a deposit you would have to pay RM600+RM300 for that month. if you wanna do some research on the rent rate you can check this link.
