Not all, but most females are considered to be particular when it comes to cleanliness, but oftentimes there are quite a few males too.

Usually older single males are the worst.. to the point of neurotic... lol

From my experience, I would say is the gals. Guys normally don't care much about cleaniness, they focus on 'more important' thing ;)

That's why they are often 'smellier' than the gals... :P
