Malaysian,what would you do if you were in my place?

lately, i'm getting tired of my job, too much of work to be done, too many things going on, if something goes wrong, i'd have to take all the blame.. even if i had freedom to make decision..would it make any difference? i stressed out myself,somebody broke my fragile heart, all i want in this life is able to like myself, I don't want to look at myself and know that I'm bluster and bluff, an empty show...

gosh... i'm feeling down and stressed..what should i do?

Ello fren, WTF do you think I'm doing in this YAM ah, I've been like you since I took over the helm of the department, any mess in the department is my responsibility. That's why I'm here, get some laugh, release some tensions bla..bla...bla..

Try looking it in a positive way:

1. Getting tired of your job - try doing your job in a new perspective or innovative way. Can't, want to change job, by all means change.

2. Too much work to be done - you're doing your job ineffectively, try delegating or you lack the know how to carry out some task, learn.

3. Too many things going on - it's a challenge.

4. Taking all the blame - are you a leader? If yes, that's your stuff, swallow it. You'll do the same to others in future. Trust me.

5. Decisions? - You've got problem with making decisions? Let me tell you this, decisions are made to the best of your knowledge and judgement at that point of moment. If it turns out bad, too bad, but ask yourself have you tried your best, yes, WTF, sleep over it. Tomorrow is another day.

6. Stress yourself - visit here more often, take a goddamn holiday. Do you guys believe that I actually have 49 days of leave, carried forward from 2005!! I'm at work everyday.

7. Fragile heart broken - I'm no good at answering matters of the heart, but I've always been a positive person, there are million more of people out there waiting for you or for your choosing.

8. Question, why do you even hate yourself in the first place? If other can accept you, why can't you accept yourself? No one's perfect, but we work with what we have to the best we can.

The rest is up to you. You are the captain of your own ship.

I been trough your condition not too long ago and i believe many malaysia have this problem as you.
Take a break, go for vacation or
it is time for you to consider new career.
It is a jungle out there....

I suggest you to take a break from your work....

After all, money can't buy you health....

If you earned millions or billions in your lifetime but ignore your health...

Then, you will give away your $$$ to.....

The Doctors and the Hospitals....

So, don't over work...

Health and Family is the MOST important issue in our life...

This is life and it is not just you alone but many people also felt the same as what you going thru right now.

Some people might choose to quit and change job but it will always be the same when you work for someone. That is why I choose to start on my own, though it is tougher but at least I am working for my own future and the hardship is rewarding towards my soul. But some other people might not as adventuress and think otherwise because working for others is a kind of a stable and do not have to worry too much.

I believe when it come to a situation like this, you got to choose how to handle it. You got to take it easy and maybe having a break from work, think of the long run what you want and have in mind and then come back to the battle field later. It is good to refresh and charge your battery once a while.

check any job vacancy somewhere - newpapers, jobstreet, friends etc., update your resume, send together with job application letter

I have been there before. My boss is 4 yrs younger then me, He is related to the big boss. Incompetents, so any thing go wrong it is my problems. I resign and find another job.

you need 1 week vacation at Endau-Rompin National Park.
trust me. it works.

and you need to be inspired by a succesful (by himself) and professional person who is higher level than you.

YAM is a stress buster so keep logging on. As far as work is concerned, the only way to reduce the stress of workload is to complete the work itself. Even if you go to Bahamas to relieve your stress, it won't work coz the work is still there. Work it out and you'll be relieved.

You need to take a break.
And if you don't like your job, I think it's better if you just quit.
Find something else that you like.
Life is short, you have to enjoy it while you can.
It's not worth stressing yourself over a guy.
He's dumb. He don't deserve you.

Do social service because many people find it very rewarding. Example: helping the orphanage, animal shelter, the less fortunate, etc.

Hey man, I've been thru your situation.. To a point where I find myself with many depression syndrome... (deleted 700+ words) .. made me realized that no one, no one can really help me except myself.

Go for a holiday. Somewhere where there are nice beaches and no contacts whatsoever with what's happening around.

Get the hell out of there if you don't want to end up in Tanjung Rambutan!
