Does it bother you that your boss is younger then you and he is related to your big boss?

Said you have 10 years of working experience, and your boss almost know nothing in your line. The only reason that he is your boss just because he is related to your big boss. Most of the time he is the pain in your butt.

well it's called office politics. it happens almost in all workplaces except if you are the boss...

it shouldn't bother you as long as he doesnt sabotage you or in anyway compromise your career... i guess... but if that was the case, there will be other companies who appreciate your skills more ;-) run!

i'm still young in the workforce so I haven't encountered the age thing yet. i do have a problem with bosses or people who have less education and/or experience than you trying to tell you what to do, esp. when they are always wrong.
