What does it take for our rice wine to compete with Red Wine.?

You need red rice, like the dark coloured grapes that produce the red wine. With such pigments, you have flavonoids and tons of antioxidants - a strong selling point.

we have the "rice" left which is so so so nice for cooking.
rice wine is also used in many many asian cooking

redwine is good added to pasta sauce but try cooking Red Wine chicken with ginger, and add chinese noodles to it. tell me how it tastes ;-)

I drink rice wine sometimes and I really love it.It's comparable to red wine but you pay far less for it.It's often used in our local cuisine .I drink wine made from sugarcane,apple,pineapple etc too.They all taste great.

1.Use beras pulut hitam instead of the normal white rice.
2.Brand it as Vin de Malaise instead of Rice wine.
