A very poor chinese/indian couple?

work very hard to get the family a house. but have to pay full price. But the malay surgeon has a professional job can buy a house with discount. why is that?

It is probably to encourage the doctor to stay in his own country otherwise they would loose all their trained people. I am from Australia and we are pinching doctors from all over the world because we were too lazy and short-sighted to train our own.

it is true that malay AKA BUMIPUTRA are given privilledges because they were the natives here before the chinese/indian came along. and it is true that they are being overly pampered and it is terribly spoilling them. but don't tell me the chinese and indians doesn't practice the same thing as the government does.
