Illegal immigrants are humans just like us, many of them emigrate because of economic hardships they face at home. I wouldn't report any PTI although I knew he/she was illegal in Malaysia unless that particular PTI is causing problems like cheating people, robbing, or doing other crime, or he/she is up to no good.
