Any embarassing moments while attending open house during festivities?

My friend put her plate of food on a chair (to save it for me) and i came over, and sat on it. Not only i ruined her food and my baju kurung, the sambal looked like period stain :(

When I was younger, we were at a relative's house. We sat and socialise for a fairly long time, and my mum told me to go to my dad, who was talking to my uncle, that we should make a move soon. When I told that to my dad, to my surprise, my dad shouted, Can't you wait?? I was confused and didn't understand why he shouted at me like that ( I still don't understand).
