Is the Madagascar cockroach clean?

i mean i saw someone like a tv news reporter put it inside his mouth

enlighten me on this one

The Madagascar hissing cockroach is one of the largest species of cockroach, reaching 4-5 inches at maturity. They can be found in rotting logs. According to what precedes, I would think that the cockroach is not clean.

However, look at the following quoted from Wikipedia:

None of the cockroaches are clean. They always walk mostly in the night time,everywhere and they can eat everything (even paper)

So that makes me think,no cockroaches can be clean.
