Which snake has the most potent bite and which has a more impressive way of killing?

boa constrictor or a python
egyptian spitting cobra or mamba

would you die quicker, from being constricted or from a spit

i think being constrict is more fatal, because it's the nervous system and muscles that are being constricted. thus you end up being sufficated to death. were as, with a spit, you can use milk or water to wash of the venom, if any has gone near the eyes, if you don't this could cause blindness or if you have a flesh wound from a bite, you can draw out the blood, which contains the venom and secure the wound with bandages and then seek medical attention quickly.

The black mamba most likley because of its speed and ability to deliver multiple bites, followed by the puff adder because its the commonest and widespread snake in africa ,also has very potent venom (enough to kill 5 men) and the willingness to bite and then the gaboon viper although not wide spread it has the largest venom yield and the largest fangs (5cm/2 inches) of any snake

List is restrited to snakes found in africa

you're not getting many answers to your snake questions - why don't you do some research on wiki. see link below.

the black mamba has the most deadly vemon

The Black mamba has the most potent venom of all the venomous snakes.

well the mamba dose THE most poteint bite and is st extremly deadly, and the pain is unbarable,

The most impressive killer is the Nigerian mugger snake, it wraps a rock in its` tail and crashes it down on your head.

the spitting cobra uses it as a defence mechanism to temporary blind a enemy its not a way to kill them just gives the snake time to escape the reticulated python is an awesome snake as it attacks and constricts so that would come near the top but the worst snakes are the 1s that bite as they are all just doing that as a last resort as most if not all try to get away so i suppose that means the black mamba is the most dangerous snake outside of oz

Can't comment on the constrictors and pythons etc., but allow me to quote the excellent B.Bryson鹿 "The taipan is the one to watch out for. It is the most poisonous snake on earth, with a lunge so swift and a venom so potent that your last mortal utterance is likely to be: 'I say, is that a sn-' 鈥?[So you can forget drawing out the blood there!] 鈥?br>
鈥?At least the taipan is five feet long and thick as a man's wrist, which gives you a reasonable chance of spotting it. What I found far more appalling was the existence of lethal small snakes, like the little desert death adder. Just eight inches long, it lies lightly buried in soft sand so that you have no hope of seeing it before sitting your weary butt on its head. Even more worrying was the Point Darwin snake, which is not much larger than an earthworm but packs venom enough if not to kill you at least to make you very late for dinner."

deffenetly the black mamba the stand 14 feet the can stand right up and look u in the eye the have been clocked at a record 50 miles pur hour that is extremly fast and there attatuide if horrible they have been know to chase after people when most snakes will leave u alone even after a drop og venom u need antivenom right away and the closer it is to your heart the faster is works i love the black mamba and have been fasinated by it for years

Asian Cobra and Russell's Viper probably kill most of the people who die of snake bite annually in the world; but these snakes are not the most venomous.
Black Mamba is extremely fast and dangerous, so, you cannot run away from it.
The Australian Brown Snakes have 12 times the toxicity of the Indian cobra, and also extremely dangerous.
The Bushmaster is a huge, thick-bodied and highly venomous snake with a triangularly shaped head, one of nature's warning signs that a snake is poisonous and potentially deadly.
Saw-scaled vipers are very aggressive and quick to strike. They produce highly virulent hematoxic venom. In addition, they are often abundant in heavily populated regions, which makes them some of the most dangerous snakes in the world.
