Anyone ever travelled to Madagascar?

I've been longing for travelling in Madagascar. Is it good? Waht do I need to be careful about?

Yes, it's helpful if you speak some French. The capital is built on several hills and is pretty dirty and chaotic. Outside the capital its much, much more pleasant. Interesting architecture, lush forests---lemurs and beautiful beaches. Be prepared to fly most places as many of the roads are difficult. Fly to South Africa and then its about a 3 hour flight from there.

Nope...watched the dvd though...lol !!

I've been to Nosy Be. Saw dead dog and huge dead rat.

oh my you have to be careful of everything there. EVERYTHING. If your planning on going into the jungle don't do it unless your on a job assignment!

Contact Falcon Africa Safaris for the best standards of accommodation and facilities available.
