Any one can tell about the experiences in travel at madagascar?

Well, I can tell you that from my personal experience. I went to Madagscar 1,5 years ago and I spent there the most interesting 2 weeks in my life. I think that if you want to get some really memorable experiences, you shouldn't stay in expensive hotels (though there are not many) and travel in a rented new car. I would advise to find a Malagasy friend (e.g., on the Internet) and travel the country with him or her using the local transportation, for example taxi-brousse. You know what it is if you read anything about the country.
As for me, a rented a cheap car, which turned out to be very old and broke several times in the most remote parts of the country. Some times it was frustrating, but it definately was an experience of the life-time (though it may not seem that to you).
Madagascar is beautiful, especially in it mountainous central part. It also has a unique fauna and flora, so when you are there I would recommend to visit at least some of the national parks, the best of which and Perinet, Ranomafana (rain forest where you can see lemurs, chameleons and many other animals) and Isalo in the South. The last one is probably my favourite. It has some breathtaking landscapes and several species of plants and animals that live only there. There are also many waterfalls and places to camp. I think that the most interesting part of the country is South. It has many exotic customs and people are the friendliest (though beware of the road police who always want to get bribes).
Toliara, the city on the Mozambique channel with its World famous club Za-Za, many good resturants and nice beaches nearby (Ifati) was the most interesting to me.
In general, whereever you go I believe you'll have a good time, just take it easy, remember that the Western World is far-far away and that's the beauty of it.
