What is the population of Southern California?

I would like to know the population of LA or if anyone knows of Southern California.

LA is about 10 million + and Southern California well over 20 million

It's about 13 million. We think of "LA" as 10 million anyway...

In the city limits, of course, it is much smaller, but with all the various towns, it is big!
