Can You describe in few words this neighborhoods...? Which one is most expensive to live and which is less...

1. Santa Monica
2. Venice
3. Marina Del Rey
4. Playa del Rey
5. El Segundo
6. Manhattan Beach
7. Hermosa Beach
8. Redondo Beach

What are the differences between those neighborhoods?

Santa Monica - houses $4M or more some areas. Homeless folks at Ocean Park along the beach
Venice - under $1M - some up & coming areas, some strange areas
Marina del Rey - pricy and crowded
Playa del Rey - not built up quite as much
El Segundo - 'Mayberry USA' and lots of industry
Manhattan Beach - pricey real estate $1M $2M or more
Hermosa Beach - more partyish than Manhattan
Redondo Beach - mixed bag; dense housing. Actually the inland parts of Redondo, away from the beach, are probably cheaper than El Segundo.

All are expensive. El Segundo the least so.
