Can anyone recommend a travel agency with very cheap rates?

My friend's mom is planning to go to Los Angeles, California (from Manila, Philippines) anytime soon and will stay there until March 25, 2008. Preferred departure day is Sunday.

Her budget is $1,000 and below. So if you know any travel agency with this rate, please let me know.

It's not the agency that sets the fare, it's the airlines. You can do some searches on places like tripadvisor.com that will search mutiple websites for fares.

If you search for a departure at least 14 days away, you can get a much better fare.However, it will be very close.
