In a word, no. If you renew an annual pass, you are still subject to the blockout dates. And no, you cannot just buy a new pass and "forget" the old one. They use your driver's li... Try Hollywood Toys and Costumes. If they don't have what you are looking for you might be out of luck... ... you CANT renew and expect to go in that day bc you did so when its blocked out. The only time you can do that is when its a brand new pass or has already expired. They wont let you buy a second one... It's very expensive here.
