Liverpool China Town: Have you been there? How is it? Big or small?

I have been to Liverpool China Town it is awfully small compare to Manchester or London. It is really a China Street with a typical Arch door.

It is very close to one of the Cathedral.

It's tiny compared to the one in London, but it does have very good Chinese restaurants and a massive supermarket which does CHinese goods. It's by the aNGLICAN (I think) cathedral

im from liverpool and it is tiny compared with london, i wouldnt bother.

No
Wouldn't know
Small

Wendy has a good answer.
My advice is don't blink or you will miss passing through it.

It isn't very big now, although Liverpool did once have the largest China Town in Europe, however, it is the oldest China Town and we have the largest Chinese Arch outside mainland China so might be worth a look for that!

yep ive been there quite alot
to be honest it is quite small and some of it is quite rundown
it is mostly resturants and a couple of shops but there is a chinese supermarket which sells nice sweets etc. but it can be hard to find if you dont know where u are going
the nicest part is probably the arch which has recently been renovated/ repainted (not sure which)
but if you are going there as a tourist type attraction then it would probably be better to get one of those sightseeing buses because ten you can basically see it and then decide if you want to get off
