Me and my partner are thinking bout movin to liverpool. is there any procedure we need to follow?

Liverpool is a great City but now that it is the Cultural City of Europe you will probable need a University Degree, a Visa in your Passport and of all the quarantine injections that go with moving that far North.

Buy a shellsuit, curly wig and mustache, then take your hubcaps off...

Not really (i am from liverpool and love the self depricating humour of the place).

I dont think you need to follow any different procedure than any other city...

Learn scouse buy a house in Knotty Ash and take your tickling stick

Drunken fool gave the best answer. But he forget to mention to keep your hands in your pockets when your in a crowd and if someone shouts Everton don't shout Liverpool.

Learn English.

Also, it all rather depends upon where you are moving from. If you are a British or E. U. citizen it is straightforward, but if you come from a repressive, backward country such as the United States of America, I'm afraid there are all manner of obstacles in your path.

Liverpool is a good place and a far better place to move to than unremarkable dumps in the south of England. For some reason the people from these stuffy, boring places are eaten up with jealousy about the eminence of Liverpool in arts, culture, science and entertainment.

And by the way, the (very unpopular) people appointed to run the European Capital of Culture are all outsiders (mainly southerners and one American) which is why they're making such a pig's ear of it.

For a start I would take no notice of the comedians and the hard luck stories. Liverpool is no worse than any other large city and is one hell of a lot better than some i can mention

Big city, lots do do & see, good laugh, the best shops museums resteraunts waterfront parks pubs ect ect. Nice people & some lovely housing. (as with all places, its has its rough area, just avoid it) You will enjoy, welcome ! No procedure, just up and move

You'll regret it. Have you ever heard of the expression about gold-plating a turd?. That is what the organisers of " City of Culture" are trying to do.
Go and lie down in a darkened room and keep taking the tablets.

yes,proceed to the nearest psychiatrist.

Go see your doctor and get some antidepressants. It's a horrible place, since they spent billions trying to turn it into something that it's not. The whole place is a confused mess now.

Kalm down...kalm down
Why?.

You lucky people!

Make sure you learn the lingo and remember to keep everything locked up and you'll be fine!

theres so many boarded up houses the window cleaner goes around with a huge sander

Get a tracky and start callin everyone lad lol

keep everything tied down some of them will nick the sugar out of your tea

Go see a psychiatrist. There's something wrong with you.

are you mad!? one month there was long enough! never again! its crazy!!!!!
