Why is Lime Street so sh1tty but Picadilly so gorgeous The location really helped. It's all a matter of opinion. I think Lime Street is looking good except for Concourse House but that should be sorted in the future Picadilly is nice because it has had millions and millions of pounds invested in it by the government. |
