Why is Lime Street so sh1tty but Picadilly so gorgeous

The location really helped.

One of the main reason is due to the Commenwealth games in 2002. They had to spruce up the city and this they have done.

Lime Street can not compare to Dilly thats for sure.

It's all a matter of opinion. I think Lime Street is looking good except for Concourse House but that should be sorted in the future

Picadilly is nice because it has had millions and millions of pounds invested in it by the government.

Lime Street on the other hand has been overlooked, as usual. Despite this, I quite like it: it's far nicer than many of the other identi-kit train stations around the country: it has a certain charm to it with the original roof and structure, and it is doing well considering how old it is. It also has better bars that Picadilly in my opinion.
