From Liverpool to Bangor @ 10pm?

Yeah so my plane will arrive in Liverpool at around ~10pm (with the check out in mind). This is my first time in Liverpool (1st time in ther UK for that matter) and i need to get to Bangor from there. Any1 here that can help ? Like what train station to go to ...will i find a train at that time of night, etc :)

Normally it would be quite a journey.

Rail would be best get the regular bus service to Liverpool South parkway about 5 mins. At south parkway get the merseyrail train for Central station, NOT a mainline train for Liverpool Lime St. Once on mersey rail change to the wirral line to Chester at Central .
From Chester you can get a train to Bangor on arriva trains wales.

However its a 2 hour plus journey from Liverpool city centre so arriving that late, I think most trains would have stopped before you are able to complete your journey.

Check the linked site you may be lucky the train leaves Liverpool central at 11.30PM, and after changing at Chester gets into Bangor Just after 1.30 in the morning.
