What was going on in liverpool city centre today?

lime st blocked off by the police and bizzys all over the place

Somebody's hamster died, and the floral tributes blocked the roads.

I thought that is what Liverpool is like all the time? Isn't that where people like Cherie Blair come from?

cos of a suspicious parked car........it had a valid tax disc!

dont know but sounds interesting,,

There was a fire on Paradise street apparently.Heard it on Radio city

The old Quiggins building went up in flames :(

The Radio City Tower pissed on St Georges Hall who in turn sent methane gas to the Empire Theatre.

giro day

Actually Man of Kent, this isn't what Liverpool is like all of the time and how do I know? Because I spend so much time in the centre of Liverpool coz I work there both during the day and the night.

I don't know what was happening yesterday, but a few weeks ago there was an incident around Lime Street where many police on motorbikes were riding to into the street just by it and some of them had different coloured jackets. No incident was reported in the local news and when I finally found out what had happened, it turned out it was nothing but police training, so I wonder if this was a similar incident?
