Thinking of visiting Limerick? |
Has anyone ever been? I've been to Limerick a lot of times as it's my dad's hometown. It's a very jolly place, a very traditionally old irish place and is always very enjoyable. Perhaps visit these sites which could give you more information: I have never been there and never heard of it. Where is that place? its in Ireland, a small town...wid nothing so grea tto see....but gives a nice feeling....u cn jus for relxation...and well if ur a keen traveller then search up Google b4 packin ur bags!! I visited Limerick back in 1998 and I had a blast! It's a very beautiful and quaint city. Although I was there on a business trip, I did have time to visit some of the cathedrals. The Hunt Museum was a very interesting museum to visit as well. Also, one evening was spent at Bunratty Castle at the medieval banquet. That was definitely a fun and enjoyable dinner, one that I still remember for all of the fun and good food. Also, I would visit Trim Castle as this castle was depicted in the Mel Gibson movie Braveheart. I don't remember where it was located as we just took a guided tour and that was one of the stops. |
