How is Limerick?

I am foreigner and I wanna to Ireland, but I dont know if I should go to Limerick
Tell me things about that place..

I live in Limerick, and I can tell you honestly that it's no more or no less dangerous than anyplace else - like every city, there are places where it is not advised to walk alone at night.

What most people don't realise is that Limerick city has a thriving arts scene, it's much more intensive than the scene in Dublin - concerts, performances, theatre, poetry nights, art exhibitions, it's all there.

I would say give it a chance.

Limerick is known really throughout ireland of being a rough kinda place..well where i live it is..and i know people that live there they say the same..go to the south like kerry or something..!! kerry is awesome!! contains dolphins!!

dont whatever you do set foot in that county.im in dublin and every day on the news is shootings, stabbings, gangland killings, its notorious stay away

The movie, Angela's Ashes, would have you believe that it rained more often than not in Limerick.

I lived there for two years in the 90s and i loved it,i almost decided to stay.

Its actually ok,Make sure you check out quinns.

The place is fine, you wont be mugged or jumped on or anything.
