If u were living in england and wanted to live in ireland but had nowhere to go what would u do?

im living in luton but want to move to ireland but i aint got nowhere to go and stay!

Decide which area of Ireland you want to live in and find somewhere to live before you leave.

A job there would be a good idea too

don't go until you have plenty of money to support yourself. or don't go at all

if you need to find an apartment try www.daft.ie

and for jobs try www.fas.ie

i would stay where you are until you are financialy better of..or you could try to find a bedsit.etc before you leave..

Plan a short trip to go over and look for jobs. Line up interviews in one week. Stay somewhere cheap, like a youth hostel, while you are there. Be sure to research the job market in your field. Be sure you also research moving costs--how much to move your stuff? How much to get the right paperwork so that you can stay there? It might also depend upon what part of Ireland you'd like to live in. If you are a British national, there is probably less paperwork involved if you move to Northern Ireland, but you might get more trouble in the hot spots.

Getting up and moving can SEEM like a fun idea, but it isn't always. I did this in the US... moving from one part to another, and it isn't working out well for me financially at all. Research, research, research.

Can you work through a church, organization, sorority/fraternity, etc. to network with people in Ireland? They can help you find a job and place to stay.

As an EU citizen (if you are one) you're entitled to work anywhere in the EU.

Come on a short trip, see what jobs there are. Check www.daft.ie for accommodation prices (make sure you are sitting down first).
