within 5 miles would be good, just need somewhere decent to bring my kid up!whoever helps me find the right area gets a couple of pints from me when i get there!

Hi there, it depends what kind of money you have which will decide which area you will live in.

I live in Leeds 12, (New Farnley) where based in the Country side, and we have 2 local primary Schools one which is probably the 13th best Prmiary School out of 223 in Leeds, and 5th most improved.
There is also a High School near by, and another 2 futher afield.

My Mother and Father brought me and my family here for a nicer life, and we've all turned out really nice and sucsessful.

There is a local co-op shop, with a park, which is due to be re-built but a 10 minute walk there is a HUGE park with a cricket and Football field and this one is also being re-built, it also has two woodland areas.

There is a local community centre, different events are held here, with a childrens youth club, Mums and Tots group etc. There is a fish and chip shop, Doctors surgery, Pub, Post Office, Barbars and Beauty Sallon and there's a couple of Churches aswell.
There are near by beauty spots, with little stream which them locals go t play in, in the summer.

The ring road is also close by, with McDonalds and other shops and super markets near by.

Average house prices are 拢116,162

Local estate agents are Kath Wells, Manning Stainton, and a few others.

I would reccomend you stay well rid of bringing your family up in Headingley- expensive, Chapel Town, Little London, Middleton, Bell Isle, Cottingley and Armley.

Places I would reccomend are; New Farnley, Old Farnley, Upper Wortley, Gildersome, Driglington, Morley, (Adel, Roundhay) although these areas are a little more higher on the budget and futher away from LS10.

If you need any more help email me, treblechampions2003@hotmail.com

Good Luck :)
