How strict is id in leeds?

Me and my friend want to go to leeds for my 18th but my friend will be underage. Does anyone know how strict clubs are around that area? And whether she will be able to get in? Thanks XxXx

MOST - Not all, but most clubs in Leeds do ask for ID.
I got in when I was 16, because I looked 18 and was with people who had ID.
It sounds odd and misleading but give a flirtatious smile and walk in, they won't say anything - just look.
If you don't want to be watched whilst you walk in, just try your chances and walk in. If they stop you then well they stop you and ask for ID. If they don't stop you, keep walking and have a great night! Hope you have a good 18th!

Lately there has been a massive crack down on underage drinkers in leeds, and many of the clubs that used to be notorius for letting in underage people, have either been closed, or have been fined by the police, hence now very strict.

Depending on how old ur freind looks, u should find somewhere to get in, and also depending on your music tastes!

I would say, flares, even tho its rubbish, if you dont get in there, you must be about 5?

Creation was very easy to get into when i was underage, and so was baja, although i know baja isnt anymore, since i got asked for ID a few months back, im now 22!!!! LOL

I hear that oceana is VERY STRICT on everything, age, dress, how drunk you are etc... because im always too drunk to go in.
I would suggest, just dont draw any attention to yourselves, and definately dont draw attention to the fact your only 18, as you will then ALL get asked for ID!

Underage drinking laws are there to protect you. If you are not 18 please do not attempt to gain entry to a licensed premises are you WILL be refused entry. The Club could lose it's licence.

To the 2 other answerers you should not be encouraging minors to break the law. It is against community guidelines & therefore you have been reported.
