What is the best hotel in leeds to stay that is close to bars/clubs, places to eat etc and isn't a dump?

Park Plaza is very modern, very central and reasonably priced. Other central ones are Marriott, Malmaison (very nice) and the Hilton isn't too far out of town. Travelodge and Holiday Inn are a 5min taxi ride away.
