I would like to know more about Leeds. How does it look life, is it a nice and dynamic city to live in?

i prefer living next to stranger rather than next to xenophobics

nor google nor yahoo say something about feelings, Leeds sense of place..

Peter Sutcliffe killed about 15 girls in the 80s in Leeds/Chappel Street. Also, Indians have taken over the Leeds City Centre for their BollyWood Awards - watch the news!!

Apart from that, next week it should be quiet and and you will like it there. I am a Londoner but travelled widely in the UK so I know what I am talking about!!

its not to bad but it does have a c r a p football team

A Yahoo Search: city Leeds

will take you to good information.

Good luck.

I live next door in Bradford but spend most my time in leeds, great nights out, good shops, has its bad area just like everywhere else but on the whole not too bad

Probably the city that has transformed itself for the better more than any other in the UK.

Sure, it has its down and outs, everywhere has, but overall it's vibrant, modern and thriving!

Don't come here for our football though - maybe in a couple of years for that!

Hello,

(ANS) Leeds is a wonderful city & its a very good place to live or visit. After having moved to Leeds from London I found people here far more friendly, have more time for each other. Leeds has fantastic shopping with many shopping centers & old fashioned indoor malls.

Leeds, is very close the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales & you can hop on a train or bus and be into the countryside in less than 1 hour.

Leeds, is one of the most central cities in the UK if you look on a map of GB. Meaning doesn't take long to reach most places in the UK, Leeds is very well connected by major motorways M1, M62 for example.

Leeds has a good night life which is why so many people come to study here in Leeds & Leeds University is now a major educational center.

**One thing I do miss living in Leeds is not being close to the sea.

(I've lived here in Leeds for more than 15years now, I love the place & I cannot think of some where better).

Leeds has so much to offer!!

Ivan

well there is so much to say about Leeds. The city is a mixture of new contemporary and old buildings with fantastic architecture. There is park areas of Roundhay park and Temple Newsam.

It has a fantastic shopping area from Harvey Nichols and designer shops in the Victoria Quarter to the famous
Leeds market. There really is something for everyone.

It also has fantastic bars, clubs and nightlife.

I would not want to live anywhere else

Tobermory will post you some picture of Leeds on his 360. Wait half an hour and then take yourself a look. Ok?
Sorry, could only find these 5 photos and they don't do the city justice. I am also in Bradford but went to Thomas Danby College in Roundhay, Leeds to complete my Patisserie NVQ3 recently. I really like Leeds. I spent 5 years in Sussex and returned to find I appreciated my birthplace of West Yorkshire a whole lot more.

It's full of pakistani's and many blacks. It's an ugly place for ugly people. NO I DON'T LIVE THERE. ITS FACT AND ITS KNOWN FOR IT.
