What do you typically have for breakfast in Lebanon?

help me...what is in the poo salad??

Manakeesh with either jibne ( cheese) or zaatar ...breakfast next Sunday ?

manakeesh jibne or zaatar (cheese or thyme) some varieties are made with potatoes and onion , spicy tomato sauce (bandaoura harra) and kishk ...

sometimes when we invite people over for a fancy breakfast my dad brings Asbi sawda (some kind of raw meat) .. honey and Ashta ...

and the usual things .. eggs , jam , cheeses , etc ...

as for the drinks .. usually coffee, tea .. but i only drink orange juice :)

EDIT : LoL @ Sheikha you've been outside Lebanon too long .. the mokhabarat fallo lol .. no more syrian Ka3ek Ka3eeeeeeeek on the Rawche .. anyway i used to buy from Lebanese vendors only (they have lebanese flag on their cart) ...

damn how could i forget the Knefi ... i dont like foul w baleela but Knefi OMG !! .. best Knefi at Halleb .. pinky will guide us .. the Knefi is on me .......

Like Angelo said but I like to add that some people have foul, hummos, balila (uncrushed hummos) for breakfast.
Ka3ki bi picon (ka3ki is like bread but thicker and has sesame seeds on it) but do not get it from the guys who sell it on the streets (mokhabarat) you can buy it at many shops
Some could have ka3ki with kneffi bi jebni (sweet cheese with some kind of special dow and lots of sugar syrup on top)

EDIT: yallah ya reiko ya bni...inta mistanni ehh ba2a...ta3alili ya batta

well, I'm not in Lebanon..but I like Zataar on bread, croissant, toast, porridge or fruit!

Hot Zaatar or cheese bread, Labneh (which is a daily product) and Asabeh which is raw river.
