Can somebody please tell me which office to contact about carriage of hunting equipment to abroad?

don't tell me a travel agency,they have no idea!

are you taking them into Lebanon or out of Lebanon ?
Is it one item or are you talking commercial quantity?
carriage by air or sea?

Travel agents wouldn't know, it's not their job. If you are in Lebanon, call the office of duty (Gamarek) people they will direct you.

If you are talking about guns, each country has it's own laws.
