There are a few Lebanon places...where do you mean? What state , What country?

The one in PA is a good place to live according to what I know of it which is only the area and food ...THEY make a great BOLOGNA for sure!!! THE BEST!

All of the above (4). But you forgot a major one, the splendid Mediterranean, which one can see from so many places in Lebanon. Actually, I would also add the sounds of Lebanon. If you're in a quiet mountain town, you hear sounds of all sorts of little animals, crickets and birds and others. If you're in any of the cities, you hear merchants, people greeting each other, kids yelling out at a street soccer game, church bells or mosque calls to prayer. Ummm, the honking, we could do with less...
In particular, what makes it great to live is that joie de vivre that nothing kills, and the country lacks nothing, not the latest electronic stuff, not books or culture, not any leisure activity one can thing of, from hiking to golf, and the obvious skiing and swimming and tennis, just as examples.
People, which you listed and to get specific, are there for each other, extended family, old friends, and neighbors.
I could go on forever.

Many things make Lebanon a great place to live in. Mostly the spirit this country has, what you feel in it's air... The welcoming, warm people, the beautiful weather, the incredible lebanese food and I could go on and on...
