Well, I love to cook, and I make a pretty tasty meatloaf, I do spanish food and italian food pretty well. If you like fish, I have some good recipes for whitefish, talapia, shrimp, mahi mahi and salmon. What are you hungry for?

what? like u want me to give u a full menu from appetizers to sweets with the ingrdeients? I didn't quite get it :-S

I dont know if I'm creative or not....the only thing that I know is that I cook everydayssssss during vacations.
Nobody died yet.......and all say that I'm a good cooker.
At least, they eat everything.........less the lebanese desserts, bcoz they say that are too much sweet. (Yummyyyyyyyyy)

If we are to judge ourselves as a creative cook what standards should we be judging ourselves? I don't know if I would call myself creative, perhaps resourceful would be a better term. It is the ability to turn leftovers into a meal that is equally as delicous as it was the first time. Its the ability to take a recipe and deviate it with out sacrificing the taste or in my case to make it better suitable to the people your serving. Let me illustrate this with an example, this past holiday season I found a recipe for roasted green beans that called for anise seeds and some other ingredients I didn't think my company would enjoy so I switched the anise with herbs de provence combined with garlic/olive oil and everyone loved it.

Being creative in the kitchen is about "know how" and years of experience therefore I nominate myself!
