Las Vegas, particularly, is famous for its large number of wedding chapels. Many of the wedding chapels in Las Vegas feature Elvis Presley impersonators.

Perhaps the most famous venue outside of Las Vegas for a wedding chapel is at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.

I think that may be your only choice unless you go to the islands, or maybe Mexico.

Reno.. I would look into what is required by law. Here in Las Vegas they require only ID to get a license but in some states they require a blood test so it would take longer. Nevada law is quite lax when it comes to marriages
