Planning to stay at the mgm but i am not sure what room to book?? grand tower room or west wing king room???

am looking for something nice

I would definitely choose the West Wing. It has a flat screen tv and dvd player (although you won't be watching much tv). It also has a dual shower head and shower wand in an extra large shower. I also like the decor a lot. It reminds me of an upscale loft.

On the other hand it's about 100 square feet more to stay in the grand tower room. It has a black marble master bath and a sitting area and work area.

I guess it all depends on your needs. Are you just going to be sleeping there, or are you going to need the extra room or the work desk? I do agree with whoever said to get a view room, though, it would be a pretty sight looking down on the strip. Have Fun!

Try and book a room that faces the strip...even if you are not lucky you will enjoy the fact that you had a view of the strip. The reservationist will be able to direct you accordingly.

west wing room is nice its more modern nut it runs small and the tower room is nice not bad great beds just ask for a strip viwe if its availbale but wit mgm is mgm signature attached and those rooms r awesome its like a lil mini condo with micro stove n etc n there batrooms r huge even for a reg room but other than its all nice just depends how much u want to pay for it

Skip the West Wing, its a rip off. We stayed in the West WIng our last time in the MGM and the hotel room was very small and uncomfortable. What most people do not know is the West Wing is actually the remnants of the old Marina Hotel that the MGM encompassed when it was built. The old hotel had small rooms and even with the makeover and the fancy stuff like the flat panel TV's and TV in the mirror in the bathroom we hated the room. It was uncomfortable and the views out of the windows are horrible, mostly alley.

You will be much better requesting a tower room as they are larger and as well decorated as the West Wing.
