What is the cost of living in Las Vegas....Is it hard to find a place to rent with bad credit?

How much does a 1bdr or 2bdr usually rent for...what is the current unployment rate....is there a website that will have this current information....Everything I have found on google is information from years ago....

.One bedrooms start about 750 in good decent neighborhoods and well over 1,000 a month. Two bedrooms usually run about 100 dollars more. At those prices, you can actually find houses to rent in good neighborhoods. Just be very careful renting the houses out here, there has been several stories on the news about people renting houses that are in foreclosure. As far as bad credit, there are complexes out here with SureDeposits. I would start with them, they're more willing to work with you!

Not sure about the apartments (I think they go from $500-700 on 1BD and 700-1400 for 2BD), but you can go on to apartments.com or other similar sites to do a search.

Well I can tell you what I did when I moved out here.
I came out here first to check out apartments and a friend suggested I try a local apartment finder.
They are local businesses that help people to look for apartments in their price range. They have way more listings than any website I've tried.
And the best part is they're free. They just ask that when you do sign your lease, you just mention their name on the portion of the lease that asks where you heard of the apartments.

Rent is high here as LA is, starts about 750 for l and 850 andup for 2 bed. Yes, all credit checks ,and references are checked out, any fake ids or information, u will not get a place, they are very strick here.due to damage and runs outs.
