Question for people living in Las Vegas...?

My wife and I are vacationing the first week in March from Indiana. What is the weather typically like around then and how should we dress for it?

Our weather in March is variable. If the north wind blows there is a terrible wind chill though the temps can be 60s or 70s. Since you are from a land of winter cold, I would recommend you bring shorts and jeans, layered tops - short sleeves but at least one long sleeved, a light jacket or sweater. Wear very comfy walking shoes. And realize this is the middle of the Mohave desert and when the sun goes down, the temp really drops.

Except for the "night clubs" there is a lose dress code.

absolutely beautiful! if the wind isnt blowing 70's in the day and a sweater at night in the 60's then a little cooler after 12am till morning. good luck and have fun!

It should be pretty nice then. The days are starting to warm up a little but the nights get chilly. I would bring warm clothes just in case.

Not extreme 90's - 100's not freezing. Just right.
Dress light weight clothes.
T-shirts, slacks, polos, Jeans, dresses, skirts, open toe shoes are fine.

Beware of foot/toe blisters of walking in shoes not meant to be walked in more than a mile.

It will be warm for you. It will be low 60's to low70's the weather changes often here in that time of year. We also get real windy. But over all it will be nice. I live here.

Everyone has it right, suggest a swimsuit and robe or cover too. It should be nice enough to enjoy the pool.

Just like most people already said, 60's to 70's in the daytime
and around mid to upper 50's at night. It was windy last week so there might be a chance of that. Just start checking the Weather Channel the closer it is to your arrival date.

It can get cold. Bring short sleeved shirts with jackets.
