Rental Cars for Las Vegas?

Anyone know of a good site to rent a car cheap in Vegas? Or who to call?

I found that Dollar rental has the cheapest rates. Just don't get the extra insurance.

Unless your planning to drive around a lot - Vegas is one of the few places even I don't rent a car.

In Vegas proper, you can get anywhere with a $10 cab ride.

All of the attractions on the strip are within walking distance.

I would only consider renting a car if your planning to drive out to Bonneville Dam or the Grand Canyon.

So, no I don't know where where to rent a cheap car in Vegas.

use hertz or avis best and dependable. sometimes hertz has a promo code when you rent. I get free upgrades.

Go to vegas.com they have a section on there that will help you. Also at your hotel ask the concierge they will set one up for. I agree you do not need a car unless you plan on going to Hoover dam or red rock canyon everything else is right on the strip.

go to carrentals.com, they have great prices for transportation in LAS. I only rent a vehicle for travel outside Vegas, city bus is $5 for a 24hr pass, and $8 to shuttle to hotel. parking is difficult, so use the Duece Bus when u can.

The good thing about renting a car in Las Vegas is that most car rental companies are concentrated in one place the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center.

Go online and make your reservation. Also check sites like priceline.com or travelocity for deals.

If you really need a car, take a look at the following site. It will give you a rundown of the major rental companies. Just put in your pickup and drop off dates as you would any other site and it'll come up with prices.
