Is there any reason to go to Reno as opposed to Vegas?

Besides that the Moonlight Bunny Ranch is just down the street? All kidding aside, Reno is a different experience than Vegas. It's not quite as glitzy or glamorous or BIG but you can still have that experience if you like. What makes Reno a little more enjoyable in some respects is that it's close to Tahoe, which is one of the most beautiful places in the country to me. The lake is beautiful. It's got snow if you like winter. Great golf. Just depends upon what you are looking for.

Tahoe is a fabulous place with a lot to do and beautiful scenery. It has all Vegas does with a hell of a lot better scenery!

Las Vegas is definetly much better than Reno. However, I have heard that Lake Tahoe is really nice.

Ohhhh YES!!! I live here in Vegas & Reno is wayyyyyyy better!! Have you been to both places?? In winter Reno has snow! It is soooo pretty there!!! Here..... not very pretty. Better to go horseback riding in Reno. Awsome horse shows!
