Fly to Amsterdam and ride KLM Cityhopper to Toulouse.

Belfast to Nice on Easyjet.

Hi

Low cost flight destinations change frequently.

The short answer is : There are no DIRECT flights Belfast to Languedoc.

Someone suggested Nice - 350 kms from Languedoc.

There may be a better solution : Fly to Barcelona with Thomsonfly or Jet2. Barcelona is only 1 hrs drive from Languedoc.

Probably even easier is to take a train to Dublin, and choose one of the options from there.
