Kayak trip in Baja in November. Anybody done a self guided trip in sea of Cortez. Lvng from La Pas. Any tips?

....

Hello. I've done a kayak trip from out of La Paz twice. Once was with an all womans group and the second was me and my friend. I recommend reading up about the area on all the websites on the baja before going. I'm assuming you are bringing your own sea Kayaks? I had such a fun and interesting adventure. We saw whales, seals played with us, and tons of dolphins jumped over our boat. We dove and saw a school of hammerhead sharks. We camped at a different beach each night, and it was beautiful. We ate fish and prawns. We did not go very far....but there is lots to explore. I was warned several times about "pirates" in the area that prey on the gringos, but I didn't have that experience. There were a couple boats that sorta "stalked us" but they did not approach. Just be careful and use your caution and you will be fine.

Just DON'T go 2 the PACIFIC ocean, it's EXTREMELY dangerous. There's a 98% chance you'll drown. Also, try NOT 2 do your "trip" alone, you never know what'll happen! Mother Nature's FULL of surprises!

Here's a site I think you'll find very useful:http://www.allaboutcabo.com/

There's a link 2 San Jose del Cabo and I'm pretty sure there's another one 2 La Paz.

TAKE CARE, MAN! GOOD LUCK!
