How can I become a foreign exchange student to South Korea?!?!?!?

Every website that I have looked at doesn't let you go to South Korea. And I really want to go there to learn! Please if you know a website can you PLEASE tell me? Thank you in advance to every answer!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know how to help except for if you are in high school or college to go to your counselor or advisor. Also you can go to google or yahoo and type in study abroad and it will list sites that give you programs about studying abroad.
