They're all over the place over here! I live in a town of about 70,000 (not very big) and I see lots of them here.

as people have said, they're ALL over the place. It's quite easy to spot them as well; you'll usually see a sign that says PC lit up in neon and it will be an internet cafe. You can find them pretty much everywhere. There are 3 in the immediate vicinity of my house, and I live in a suburb of Seoul.
