EPIK teachers: Paid Spring Vacation? Feb 18-Feb 29?

Are you being paid for this vacation this year? What about next year?

Usually the time off between Epik contracts is considered a short paid vacation. As you know every Epik contract is exactly the same so every teacher who resigned will get this time period paid for to avoid any pay conflicts. However, how this time off is used really depends your principal who will determine how you will use these days off. Some Epik schools still expect the teacher to be at school planning for the upcoming semester. On the other hand, other schools will not expect the teacher to come in, meaning you can take a short vacation.

Kind of hokey, but hopefully you got lucky and don't have attend any classes.
